I brought my car in for repair in June 17 , and it took about a month and extra half to finish. At first, the car looked fine when I picked it up, but after picked it, I started noticing many small rough issues. I had to bring it back several times, but even now the problems are still not resolved. To make things worse, they have blocked me and stopped responding altogether. Overall, the maintenance level is very sloppy and the vehicle inspection is very hasty. I was also misled by the photos of luxury cars they posted, which made me believe their repair skills were at a higher level. Because their workshop space was quite limited, some white paint got on my car’s exterior, and even on the seats inside. I chose not to make an issue of that. The main problem is that after they told me the car was ready and I took it home, I discovered a series of new issues. I had no choice but to bring it back multiple times. However, since the insurance company had already closed the case, every time I went back they became increasingly unwilling and unhappy to deal with me. There were so many small problems that I honestly don’t even have the energy to list them all anymore. Even something as simple as polishing the paint ended up scratching my car’s surface. There was one less fixing screw for the installation on the back. Now it still can’t close. My car is a new vehicle, and this particular area had never been opened or repaired before. But because they disassembled it in order to repair other parts, my car ended up suffering secondary damage. Even the manager or owner Mo, seemed unaware of the situation. It was actually the owner who told me before the repair that he would keep me updated with the progress. But once I handed the car over, I never received a single update from them. Every time, I had to reach out first in order to get any response. As for Mo, he simply disappeared. Their customer service was very friendly and welcoming, but the technical quality simply did not match the image of their shop. The shop’s appearance and promotional photos looked impressive, and their service attitude was warm, yet the actual results were far from that standard — the work turned out rough and disappointing. At first, I didn’t want to mention any of these negative experiences because I truly hoped this shop would do well in their business. However, the problems did by them with my car were never resolved, and now they have even blocked me. For this reason, I feel I have no choice but to share the truth with others. By the way, nobody wants wasted their time to come back a lot of time to fix the issues that they made and nobody wants to waste time to write a lot of words here unless they are really unhappy.

I’ve now had two cars repaired here and I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Omar this time. They both went above and beyond for me. The customer service, the repair and communication were all fantastic. Damaging a car is always so stressful and I’m sincerely grateful to have found a place to make getting my car repaired such a stress free experience. I highly recommend. Ask for Kevin or Omar and I assure you the experience will be top notch!
